Raw Energy is about finishing a yoga class and catching up with friends for a quality Lavazza coffee and piece of delicious home made cake. You know you've earned it.

Raw Energy is about finishing a 100km bike ride and downing a massive fresh burger with heaps of salad and an ice cold freshly squeezed juice. This still doesn't stop you from eyeing off your mates plate. He's just thinking he looks good in lycra.

Raw Energy is about running late for work and even though you missed breakfast you know you have time to swing past for a filling and healthy smoothie. You know you'll need it to get through the day.

Raw Energy is about enjoying the sun and breeze while enjoying your meal, not being stuck in the local shopping centre. Now isn't that a breath of fresh air!

Raw Energy is about being ethical and enjoying chicken and eggs that come from farms where the chicks are footloose and fancy free (range)

Raw Energy is about choices provided by a large menu and 5 different types of bread, including gluten free (the burger patties are also gluten free).

Raw Energy is about helping your kids make the right choices. If they want fries and a coke, they can't have it, 'cause we don't sell it!

History

Raw Energy cafes were founded in 1998 in Coolum on Australia's beautiful Sunshine Coast. Geoff and Liz Campbell's vision was simple – they wanted to provide fresh food, juices, coffee and smoothies, and serve it in a fast and funky environment. Over 12 years later and that vision has not changed.

Word spread quickly of the Raw Energy philosophy and the use of delicious, unprocessed, local ingredients in all of the wraps, burgers, sandwiches and salads that were (and still are) made on the premises. The combination of flavours for our famous fresh juices and smoothies became legendary and demand grew quickly.

Within two years Raw Energy expanded into a second café in Mooloolaba and from there the brand has became a Sunshine Coast institution. Demand had grown so much that people began to enquire as to how they could have their very own Raw Energy Café in their local area. After 10 years of successful operation and with proven systems and procedures the brand grew organically into a franchise model that is receiving a lot of attention.

In 2010, Geoff joined forces with a business partner, Matthew Hope, to assist with the growth of the business into new areas. Matt has been a Raw Energy customer for 10 years and has previously built up another very successful franchise model. Geoff and Matt are incredibly excited about bringing some Raw Energy to the rest of Australia (and the world!!).
