RAW Beginnings:

RAW ENERGY is a pioneer of the 'smart eating' marketplace that began to emerge in the late '90s.

Our menu of exotically blended fresh, pure fruit and vegetable juices and later our smoothies, heralded our success.

However, in addition to our extensive drinks menu that included quality Lavazza Coffee, and unlike many of the health oriented products that were available at that time, RAW ENERGY delivered not just healthy foods, but more importantly a menu of light flavoursome meals that were beautifully presented.

High Nutritional Value:

In the early years of RAW ENERGY, founders Geoff and Liz Campbell were deliberately hands-on, working the tables and in the kitchen where they were (and continue to be), exposed to the demands of what can be both a fickle and savvy marketplace, but regardless they listened to every comment.

They also implemented an ongoing personal learning program that involved reading extensively about nutrition and seeking advice both from scientific and natural therapy sources. That is, from the fields of Dietetics and Naturopathic Medicine, respectively.

Low-Fat & Guilt-Free:

RAW ENERGY food values are based in good-sense rather than particular disciplines. We are neither vegetarian nor limited to 'organic' cultures. We do however aim to be low in fat and we actively seek out the freshest ingredients.

Fundamentally, the founders realised that people wanted to eat affordable and delicious, but mostly 'guilt-free' food, and this was the connection they made with their marketplace and it quickly fuelled their expansion.
